No. Our furniture is designed for self-assembly.

Some of our products are configurable, however only to the extent shown on the website. Our collection is designed to offer you different configurations and dimensions of furniture, we hope that everyone will find something for themselves. We do not produce customized furniture.

Yes. To order samples click HERE. Samples are chargeable, however, in the shipment you will receive a discount code of the equivalent of your order with samples, to be used when placing the order.

The status of your order is visible in the customer panel. After your shipment is shipped, you will receive an email from the carrier with a tracking link. The carrier will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date.

We do not offer personal pickup

Our collections are designed so that all the elements fit together. Therefore, each piece of furniture will match the collection you have already purchased. However, we stipulate that due to different production batches there may be slight differences in coloration.

INSTALLATION AND USE

The height and position of the door can be adjusted with the hinges - information on how to do this can be found at the end of the installation instructions.

If the push-to-open mechanism seems to you too short or too long, you can adjust it by turning its tip. You can find a visualization at the end of the installation instructions.

Contact our customer service, if necessary we can offer replacement parts for a fee.

We want our furniture to serve you for as long as possible, so we attach to each product detailed information on the rules of use and maintenance of furniture. Use a clean, dry and soft cloth to clean the wood elements. If the furniture requires more thorough cleaning, you can slightly moisten it with water or a cleaner designed for cleaning furniture, and then wipe the cleaned elements dry. Clean metal and glass parts with commercially available products designed for cleaning such materials according to the instructions on them. Do not use caustic, scouring or other agents of unknown purpose. Cleaners must be clearly labeled that they are intended for cleaning furniture. NOTE!!! High-gloss elements from which the protective film has been removed can be cleaned and used only after 72 hours.

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

24 months from the date of purchase. The seller is not responsible for damages resulting from improper care, errors and mistakes made during installation by the buyer. The customer loses the right to warranty if he interfered with the construction of the product on his own.

Apply for a return in your customer panel, and then contact our customer service department to arrange a convenient pickup date. You have 14 days to request the return of your purchase. The return is free of charge, however, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the purchase item shows wear and tear or improper use.

Complaint processing time for self-assembly items is 14 days + delivery time. Complaint processing time for upholstered products requiring a visit of the complaint service is 4-6 weeks.
